We offer a full return policy for 60 days on any items shipped in error, or shipped with a manufacturing defect. We will replace or refund the returned item(s) including shipping costs once we have received the item(s).
We also offer size exchanges (within 60 days). The buyer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the jersey back to us in Canada, as well as the re-shipping cost of the new jersey.
We do not offer Refunds as all our jerseys are "Custom Made to Order"
Any returned item must be in the exact brand new condition as when shipped and all tags must be still attached.
Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds on Special Order "Custom/Personalized" jerseys.
To return your item(s) please contact us via email so that we can provide you a Return Authorization number.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed it unfortunately can not be cancelled as our system automatically purchases the "Player Kit" that is to be sewn on the jersey.
